Exciting CPD for Early Years, Primary and Secondary Staff

The aim of this inset is to provide all staff with techniques to help pupils reach their potential.

This powerful in school training includes practical experience of the confidence building techniques Tamba has designed for pupils. The CPD is highly interactive and can be a half day or a whole day event.

At the end of the event, staff will have a range of practical strategies that can be used with the children on a daily basis, to promote greater confidence; to help them to overcome barriers; and to empower them to ‘see success’.

Tamba uses his experience as a headteacher, a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, an author and a professional storyteller, to ensure training events are stimulating, humorous and have a real impact upon participants both personally and professionally.
