For the last five years Tamba has worked around the country developing strategies to enhance the success and wellbeing of pupils. His new book 'Success in Schools' - A practical handbook of tools for teachers and parents to use with children' contains the innovative set of tools he has devised to support success.

Tamba has created powerful classroom based workshops specifically for the challenges faced by particular classes/groups. The sessions are highly interactive and include artwork, shared reflection, writing, story and songs.

The aim of the half day session is to share a range of practical strategies that can be used on a daily basis to promote greater confidence; to overcome challenges; and to experience success.
