Below are details of Trident Solutions events designed specifically to support the staff in your school

The following events provide support for teachers and teaching assistants in areas of development that can be particularly challenging. Tamba uses his extensive nursery and primary education experience to ensure events are stimulating, humorous and have a real impact upon participants.

1: Helping Children To See Success’ - a training event to provide staff with strategies to help pupils to overcome barriers e.g SATs / Writing / Behaviour and to empower them to ‘see success’.

2: Every Adult Matters - a training event to support the emotional health and well-being of your team to enable all staff to feel empowered, refreshed and focussed

3: Race Equality - a training event that sensitively but powerfully explores race issues to create understanding, empathy and a strategic way forward that supports Community Cohesion.
