Tamba Roy is founder of Trident Solutions Consultancy which provides powerful training events and support for organisations and individuals. His unique experience as a black educationist, a university lecturer, and a professional therapist, ensures that race related events are stimulating, informative, and have a real impact upon participants.

Key aims of the events will be for participants to develop even greater understanding of race issues and their impact in our community, and to identify a way forward that supports the needs of the organisation.
